Cancellations We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule. We require 24 hours notice of change or cancellation of bookings on Monday to Friday and 48 hours for weekend bookings. Cancellation of bookings within 24 hours of your appointment Monday to Friday or 48 Hours for weekend bookings or no show will incur a loss of the deposit. Gift voucher bookings cancelled within 24 hours Monday to Friday or 48 hours for weekend bookings or no show will result in cancellation of the voucher. Arrival We recommend that you arrive fifteen minutes prior to your appointment to ensure a relaxed start. This allows time to complete your Client Consultation form and prepare for your treatment. The Client Consultation form ensures our therapists are able to tailor your treatment plan to your specific needs.
