Scott Wellings established Buildwyse Constructions Pty Ltd in Marrickville in 1993. Due to the considerable age of many properties in this area, Buildwyse has had over 25 years of experience in all aspects of building work on Victorian, Edwardian and Federation homes. Our extensive familiarity with heritage buildings has allowed us to develop tried-and-true methods that enable all works to be carried out with minimal fuss. Construction challenges such as difficult access or dilapidated structures are handled with ease. With our long-standing local knowledge and broad spectrum of trades, we see any problem as resolvable. From a small renovation to a large scale project, our aim is to carry out any construction with minimal inconvenience to our clients who, 90 per cent of the time, are still occupying their home. We are also very experienced in contemporary design and construction, sensitively designed to complement older residences – or to seamlessly continue the style of a 21st century home into an extension.
