Les Cooke Instruments is a small company located in Welshpool, Western Australia. We specialise in the manufacture, calibration, overhaul, repair or modification of a wide range of electrical and mechanical instruments. When seeing the need, in 1972, for high quality service to manufacture, overhaul, repair and modify instruments, Les Cooke founded Les Cooke Instrument Co Pty Ltd. Our Company’s initial work with aircraft instruments expanded into industrial instrumentation. Since that time we have achieved NATA accreditation in the field of Calibration. Our NATA Laboratory (No 1736 registered in 1983) is accredited for testing and calibration of all types of pressure instruments including calibrators. Our Quality System is accredited to Australian Standard AS ISO/IEC 17025. In June 2003 Les Cooke retired and the company was bought by Robert Crawford. Robert served his apprenticeship as an Instrument Maker & Repairer with Les and has been continuously employed with the company for over 25 years. His product knowledge and understanding of customer’s specific requirements is extensive and ensures that the quality of service continues.
