The station is designed to test for material type, height and weight, before a robotic arm is used for palletizing operation. Parts are placed on the conveyor belt and detected by sensors, trigge********* hing operation and then by quest robot for palletizing. The system is built with following modules: belt conveyor, inductive sensing, height check, rotary pick & place, weighing, Quest Robot, pallet, pneumatic system.
