We specify that the possession of a so-********* serval and caracal, is prohibited by French law, the future owner must acquire a certificate of capacity, with prefectural authorization to open. Given that our cattery respects all the conditions of sale, we provide the certificate of capacity upon delivery by prefectural approval of the French, Belgian or Swiss authorities.
