Description Our ‘Lowback’ Sunproof chair cushions are made from 100% solution dyed olefin. They are piped, with zippers and base and back ties. No need to stress about your outdoor cushions fading in the sun! These ‘Sunproof’ cushions are specifi********* conditions and have fantastic colourfastness to light. The material is treated to make it stain and water resistant, and the covers zip off easily and are machine washable for easy maintenance. To ensure they will last outdoors and also keep their shape, we use both foam and dacron inners to provide long lasting, yet comfortable and well formed outdoor cushions. Warranty specifically excludes damage to powder coat finish caused by accident, misuse, scratching, acts of nature, common wear and tear, corrosion and effects of salt, chlorine, chemicals, pitting, fading or peeling, dirt or grime. Powdercoating manufactu********* e 1 year limited warranty. ‘Sunproof ‘ cushions and ‘Sunproof’ textilene slings are covered by a *3 year limited warranty for manufacturer and fabric defects. Standard textilene slings and cushions are covered by a 1 year warranty. Olefin cushions are covered be a 1 year warranty. Cushion and sling warranties specifically excludes common wear and tear, stains, mildew, fading and stretching of fabric, and flattening of any cushion filling, deterioration of internal pillow cases surrounding inner. PE Wicker is covered by a *3 year limited warranty for manufacturing defects. Warranty specifically excludes common wear and tear, scratching of wicker finish or any damage caused through exposure to direct sunlight. It is recommended that PE wicker should not be placed in direct sunlight and defects resulting from this type of exposure is excluded from it’s warranty. Tempered glass has a 1 year limited warranty for manufacturing defects. The warranty applies to the original purchaser from the purchase date. The warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects. If an item should fail as a result of a manufacturing fault or defect under normal domestic use, the manufacturer at their discretion will repair, or replace the failed item. The manufacturer reserves the right to substitute failed items with a similar product should the model or colour no longer be available. Any replacement will be for the failed item only not a complete setting. The original warranty period is not extended in the event of a repair, or replacement pursuant to a claim. If a customer is required to claim a warranty it is the customer’s responsibility to return the item to the store of purchase along with a copy of the original tax invoice. The customer is responsible for all packaging and freight charges incurred when returning warranty claims. Warranty specifically excludes general wear and tear, rusting of steel components and parts, corrosion, commercial use and damage caused as a result of failure to observe reasonable care, maintenance and assembly instructions for both furniture and hardware. Warranties that are claimable under manufacture’s warranty are subject to us the supplier being satisfied that a defect was caused by defective workmanship or materials under normal domestic use and that it was not caused by or substantially contributed to by other factors or circumstances beyond our control. This includes (but is not limited to); defective installation, maintenance or repair that is carried out by someone other than Daydream Leisure Furniture or its agents, alteration or modification of the product in any manner that is not recommended by the manufacturer, neglect, misuse or excessive use, storm or environmental damage. *If furniture is being placed in a commercial situation, the purchaser must be aware that the warranty is 1 year for standard textilene. All aluminium frames and Sunproof Textilene slings and cushions are extended to a 2 year warranty in commercial environments.
