The structure of the wool in this product has been modified to make it shrink resistant and so machine washable (front loader). The wool is then washed again to remove any chlorine residue. The Light Loft is perfect for summer (250gm, 1 blanket), and the Super Loft is snuggly and warm for Winter (500gm, 2 blankets).
