Customer Service Representative Your new role As a Customer Service Representative, you will responsible for handling customer enquiries across all customer segments and channels. What you will be doing Processing customer orders Provide timely information in relation to deliveries Manage customer enquiries Offer support to external sales team Maintain high levels of accuracy and integrity of data and compliance. Additional adhoc duties as required. What you will need to succeed Ability to handle multiple tasks and be able to prioritise and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
