My name is Mario, the founder of Froothie, but instead of talking about myself, I want to write about the man behind what makes Froothie obsessed with our customers: Our General Manager Francois. Francois is someone I have tremendous love and respect for. He is a hard-working family man who loves people and spends all his time helping others. I appointed Francois as our General Manager to ensure these characteristics are reflected in all aspects of our business. While we have focused most of our time over the years on product development, Francois has doubled-down on offe********* us service, but genuine care. Francois has led by example, driving 10 hours to deliver parcels to customers on Xmas eve, working weekends or going through sleepless nights to offer our customers a great experience without receiving any recognition. In my eyes, rather than having a celebrity or influencer as the face of Froothie, I would have Francois take this position. My goal is to continue to instil Francois’ love for helping people into Froothie, and so far this has been the best decision I have made at this company.
