Wayne grew up on Hancock's Pine Plantation with his father managing the plantation from 1966 to 1984. Du********* gside his father as a kid, planting and managing the plantation. This provided him with the best foundations possible for a career in the timber industry. It would seem that he was destined to one day run a timber yard in Logan Village. Extensive experience in the industry Prior to commencing his own business, Wayne held down several jobs that helped build his experience in the industry. He worked in manufacture of lattice and other timber products, worked as a sales representative for a wholesale hardwood supplier and also worked as the state manager for a plywood manufacturer. This culminated to 25 years industry experience, experience that Wayne is able to draw on every day when running Wayne Norman Timber & Ply Pty Ltd in Logan Village. Wayne is able to provide customers with the right advice every time, ensuring their job is completed with the right products and right advice.
