DMD Renovations was started by David Dewar in 2014 and has since gained a growing reputation for prompt, professional, reliable and quality building services for his customers. After starting his apprenticeship in 1998 and working with builders on new home construction, unit and town housing and public infrastructure like toilet blocks, picnic and BBQ facility's even pedestrian bridges over creeks, rivers and even pathways on rain forest walks had given David an instant edge over his fellow apprentices. The next move David made set up where he is today. He was afforded an opportunity to work for one of Brisbane's premier builders who's well established team of expert tradesman trained David in the art of renovating, combining old school skills and modern products to produce second to none quality for their clients. Over the years David made his way through the ranks, gained qualifications and ended up the leading hand carpenter and site supervisor for the companies major renovations which were mainly raising old Queenslanders, building under and completely resto********* e of Brisbane's 'most affluent suburbs. Upon the Builders impending and well deserved retirement, David gained his cert 4 qualification in building and construction and started DMD RENOVATIONS. David has Experience working along side Architects, drafts man, Building certifiers, Engineers and all associated sub trades to ensure compliance to modern building codes and achieve an exceptional building experience for his clients. "There is nothing I can't build. There is nothing to hard for me. I personally thrive on the unique challenges of each building project I work on. I Love being able to transform someones house into a home that they are proud of ! Each house is different and each client has different tastes and using their ideas and my skills and knowledge each project is completed right first time with high levels of client satisfaction
