I have Diplomas in Remedial Massage, Reflexology, Yoga Instruction and additional qualifications in Pregnancy Massage, Maternity Reflexology, Pre and Post-Natal Yoga and Level I and II Reiki. I’m also a certified Doula and have had the honour and privilege of sha********* 60 women and their families, since 2004. I’ve been on this incredible journey and in my own private Practice since 2000 and currently offer Body Therapy treatments for Pregnancy, Birth and Beyond and Yoga for Pregnancy. My greatest achievement thus far has, beyond a doubt, been the birth of my two daughters, Siena – 24 and Ebony – 22 and guiding and watching them become the beautiful young women, they are. I believe the positive experiences of my pregnancies and births, has definitely shaped who I am as a woman and a Mum and how I have evolved as a Practitioner, within the area of Maternity and Post-partum care. As a busy mum and business-owner, I know only too well, how busy life can get. I’m passionate about creating the opportunity for other women to escape from reality; to rest, relax and rejuvenate. It is my aim to provide a safe and nurturing, empathetic and relaxed environment, in which to support women through their Pregnancies, Birth and Beyond.
