It excludes stains, mildew and any damage caused by poor maintenance, acts of nature or accidents. Textilene slings used on any Kwila chairs are covered by a 1 year warranty. Warranty specifically excludes common wear and tear, stains, mildew, fading and stretching of fabric. ‘Sunproof ‘ cushions optionally purchased to go on any Kwila chairs are covered by a 1 year limited warranty for manufacturer and fabric defects. Warranty specifically excludes common wear and tear, stains, mildew, fading and stretching of fabric and flattening of any cushion filling, deterioration of internal pillow cases surrounding inner. The warranty applies to the original purchaser from the purchase date. The warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects. If an item should fail as a result of a manufacturing fault or defect under normal domestic use, the manufacturer at their discretion will repair, or replace the failed item. The manufacturer reserves the right to substitute failed items with a similar product should the model or colour no longer be available. Any replacement will be for the failed item only not a complete setting. The original warranty period is not extended in the event of a repair, or replacement pursuant to a claim. If a customer is required to claim a warranty it is the customer’s responsibility to return the item to the store of purchase along with a copy of the original tax invoice. The customer is responsible for all packaging and freight charges incurred when returning warranty claims. Warranty specifically excludes general wear and tear, rusting of steel components and parts, corrosion, commercial use and damage caused as a result of failure to observe reasonable care, maintenance and assembly instructions for both furniture and hardware. Warranties that are claimable under manufacture’s warranty are subject to us the supplier being satisfied that a defect was caused by defective workmanship or materials under normal domestic use and that it was not caused by or substantially contributed to by other factors or circumstances beyond our control. This includes (but is not limited to); defective installation, maintenance or repair that is carried out by someone other than Daydream Leisure Furniture or its agents, alteration or modification of the product in any manner that is not recommended by the manufacturer, neglect, misuse or excessive use, storm or environmental damage. *If furniture is being placed in a commercial situation, the purchaser must be aware that the Kwila manufacturers warranty is 1 year. All Sunproof Textilene slings and cushions on the Kwila furniture have a 1 year warranty in commercial environments.
