The A 4489 zone relay unit has been designed to switch either low level inputs or amplifier outputs. This is selected by the user as required. Suits for line level or 100V line zone switching. The A 4489 is powered via the supplied M 8968B 24V dc plugpack A maximum of two A 4488 paging consoles can be connected to the A 4489 Audio Switcher at the same time. These work in a “first in, best dressed” arrangement. Each unit must be assigned an ID number through DIP switch settings on the rear of the unit. Now fitted with background music input.
