Cancellation of bookings within 24 hours of your appointment Monday to Friday or 48 Hours for weekend bookings or no show will incur a loss of the deposit. Gift voucher bookings cancelled within 24 hours Monday to Friday or 48 hours for weekend bookings or no show will result in cancellation of the voucher.
