“PIKE” is a fully resolved workplace application built around a structural beam element that combines Herculean strength with the functionality of height adjustable leg supports. Successfully combining a strong architectural profile with an effortless light and open footprint, Pikes structure enables the workplace to be easily configured to the task, making it simple to increase privacy, encourage collaboration, reposition the power outlets, support teamwork, or simply add storage. Pike can be configured into bench (linear), single and back to back, 90° and 120° workstations as well as free standing executive furniture. All the elements of the system work in harmony with each other and the end user, with key components intelligently designed for multiple uses. Common posts and fixings are used to integrate shelves, storage, screens whiteboards and monitor arms, effectively streamlining the work surface by removing clutter. Using a combination of customizable Blinker screens, slide on dividers or one of the many other screen options available, users are free to create truly individual workspaces which reflect ever-changing spatial requirements.
