One of the major barriers that prevent people with disabilities from becoming active members of society is their diminished functional capacity. They find it difficult to carry out daily personal activities and household chores alone. The NDIS Core Supports are designed to resolve this issue and make life easier for differently-abled individuals. Assistance with Daily Living is an NDIS Core Support delivered by Aussie Life Care which helps the participants to manage their daily needs such as personal care, meal prep, household chores and assistance with cleaning the house or upkeep of their yard. Through this support our staff can: Get you ready to face your day Help you build confidence to pursue your goals Help you manage your household better Cook balanced and nutritious meals for you Assist you in engaging with your community Set up important appointments for you Provide assistance with transport Depending upon the individual needs of our clients, we customise the supports that we provide. The flexibility of the Core Supports funding allows the participants to have more choice and control over the assistance that they receive. What sets us apart from others is our expertise in disability care and highly-trained and heavily-vetted caregivers. Providing care for able individuals is completely different from disability care. Aussie Life Care only employs competent and qualified individuals as support workers. Our staff never make any decisions on your behalf. Instead, they gradually train you to become more independent over time. NDIS Services of Aussie Life Care are available in and around Victoria, Tasmania, Melbourne and Queensland.
