The initial vision and impetus for the company formation was to provide a comprehensive range of products backed with exceptional customer service to assist professional therapists to obtain their products in an efficient, cost effective and timely manner. This simple philosophy allowed the company to expand rapidly and we now distribute over 5,000 products from a purpose built 550m2 warehouse in Wickham, NSW. Our Team have extensive product knowledge & considerable industry experience to assist in providing you with the best 'salon supply solutions'. We also conduct regular product knowledge & training sessions in our state of the art 100m2 training room. We know that when you need products it is essential that your ordered goods are in stock, picked, packed and invoiced correctly and, most importantly, delivered promptly. Our detailed quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) systems ensure that the 99.9% of the 10,000+ orders we process each year meet your expectations.
