scroll down On 1st July 2008 Cachét Homes officially opened its doors. It was the amalgamation of two local companies, Mandurah Building by Design, a design and drafting business owned by Cliff Kearns, and Lilcon Pty Ltd, a small residential construction company owned by Chris Lillis. Both Chris and Cliff had identified an unfilled niche in the services available to clients in the Peel District and surrounding area who wished to build an individual, uniquely designed home, showcasing quality construction and craftsmanship. Chris and Cliff wanted to provide a new and unique service for the Peel area; one that would see more local businesses and trades people utilised, providing more opportunities for regional growth and giving greater control over the quality and price of their product. They wanted to make the building process as enjoyable as possible for their clients, allowing them the opportunity to work closely with both the designer and the builder, and not feel like just another number in the queue. It started with a vision and through hard work, great clients and a master trade base we continue to achieve excellence in new home construction.
